NSAUA has negotiated a discounted rate of $249.00 plus tax (currently 14%) at The Westin Pittsburgh.
Hotel Deadline
The deadline to receive the NSAUA group rate is September 27, 2023, or until the block of rooms for the group have been reserved, whichever occurs first. NSAUA encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply.

Make Reservation
General Attendees and abstract presenters are responsible for making their reservations.
We encourage you to make you reservation as soon as possible as the room block may sell out before the deadline.
Invited Speakers
If you have received a NSAUA Speaker invitation (excluding abstract presenters) and would like to make a hotel reservation, please use the hotel booking link provided in your invitation letter.

Make Reservation
Do not book a sleeping room within the attendee or speaker block. NSAUA will audit the rooming list and any industry reservations made within the attendee or speaker blocks will be cancelled.
Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 24 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
